HP SlateBook x2 - tablet-PC with a 10-inch display of Full HD on a platform Nvidia Tegra 4

Together with Wintel-tablet Split x2 HP today announced another tablet-PC - SlateBook x2. Novelty has become the world's first tablet (of course, if not to take into account too specialized device Nvidia Shield), built on the platform Nvidia Tegra 4 (processor frequency Quad-core CPU Cortex-A15 in this case is 1.8 GHz).

At the behest of the creators of the novelty has received IPS display diagonal of 10.1-inch with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. The pixel density of the panel is 224 per inch, brightness – 400 CD/sq. m. the Amount of RAM is 2 GB built-in flash memory – 32 or 64 GB. In equipment of tablet includes two cameras (front delivers 720p resolution, resolution, back – 2 MP), slot for cards microSD, stereo speakers with support for DTS+.

SlateBook x2 can be equipped with a docking station with integrated keyboard and touchpad, full-size video output HDMI, a USB 2.0 port, slot for memory cards format SD and extra battery. The role of operating system performs Android 4.2.2.

Dimensions and weight of the SlateBook x2 is not disclosed, and the time of Autonomous work is indicated only maximum – up to 14 hours (of course, when connected to a docking station). The tablet will be in August and will be offered on the North American market at a price of $480.
