Google introduced Android for the Internet of things

Google has announced the release of a preview version for developers (Developer Preview) the new version of the Android operating system Things, designed to work on smart devices, combined with the concept of the Internet of things.

This platform is essentially a development project Brillo from Google, designed to control the Internet of things, which takes into account the user experience and added a number of tools, including Android Studio, Android Software Development Kit (SDK), Google Play services, and Google Cloud platform.

In addition, the Google team was made actualization of the Weave platform, making its use easier the process of connecting all types of devices from Internet of things to the cloud and interaction with the various services, such as Google Assistant.
