Xiaomi has released a premium version of the phablet Mi Max

The Chinese company Xiaomi without much publicity posted on its website updated information on its 6.44-inch metal phablet – Mi Max, released earlier this year, adding information about the appearance of a premium version of the device with improved performance characteristics.

For the Indian market this version will be released under the name Mi Max Prime at a price of 19 999 INR (~300$), while the "regular" version is now on sale for 14 999 rupees (225$). Features two versions of three settings:

  • The New processor Qualcomm Snapdragon Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 instead of 650
  • More RAM – 4 GB instead of 3 GB
  • Much more built-in memory: 128 GB instead of 32 GB

The rest of Mi Max Prime, including appearance, functionality and technical specifications, remains the same:

  • Support communications standards: 4G/LTE; 3G/UMTS 850/900/1900 / 2100MHz, TD-SCDMA 1900/2000 MHz; GSM GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz; two slots for SIM cards (both work with 4G networks)
