Apple Swift language ported to Android

On GitGub was published the first version of the programming language Swift that allows you to compile applications for Android.

The Authors of the project say that while the version is not stable, but the ability to create a Swift app for the Green robot opens up great opportunities for developing cross-platform applications.

Recall that Swift was unveiled by Apple at WWDC 2014. Work on it lasted 5 years. In December, Swift has become the language of open-source programming. It is not excluded that in the near future we will see a Swift app for other operating systems.
